We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trust worthy simply
In order to avoid involving into the return procedure,we hope you could double check the product before making an order. And you could contact us for help if have any questions. But if you do unsatisfied with the purchase, a return/exchange is acceptible.
What products can be returned?
1), The products in original packaging and in new condition can be resalable.
2), The products is not belong to personalized items(custom engraved,embroidered,or painted)
3), The products received within 7 working days. (For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 15 days.)
What do i need to do for the return?
1), Contact our support to get the return labels.
2), Pack the product in original packaging and stick the return lables on package. The labels need to be sticked on three sides of the package and make sure the barcode scannable.
Who bear the return shipping cost?
We do not bear the shipping cost for returning. Coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
Can i get a full refund for return item?
1) For free shipping order,We will refund 70% of the total amount you paid. The 30% is charged for shipping cost which we have paid to shipping company and bank transfer handling fee.
2) For express shipping order (you paid for shipping cost), we will refund 95% of the total amount you paid. The 5% charged is for bank handling fee.
When will i receive the refund?
If the package arrives our warehouse and confirmed in good condition,We will make a refund right away. The action will take within 3 working days. If you made the payment via Paypal checkout, you will receive the money right away. If the payment was made via Credit card, it may take above 3~10 days for the money return.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested in order to correctly process your request.
When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it takes time for a manufacturer to cancel an order. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.
BILLING, REFUNDS & CREDITS
Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, eBillMe, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
